As we all know Self Made Actor & Hero Massraja Ravi Teja giving debut opportunities to talented filmy technicians & directors from his entry onwards. He introduces many technicians and directors to Tollywood industry. He believes mostly talent rather than track records of technicians. If Ravi finds talent in any Asst. director or music director, then he will give chance immediately with out looking any other reasons.
Like that, He gave chances to many debut directors I.e Boyapati Sreenu with Bhadra, Harrish Shankar with Shock and Mirapakay, Gopichand Malineni with DonSeenu and balupu. Now above mentioned directors are in top positions. Present he gave chance to KS ravindra ( Bobby) with upcoming film Power.
Now SS Thaman( Ghantasala Sai Srinivas Thaman Sivakumar ) is most successful music director in Telugu Flim Industry. Thaman began his career as a composer with the Tamil film Sindhanai sei and where as in Telugu named as Bheebatsam, while his first Telugu film was Kick in 2009. Raviteja and surrender reddy decided to give chance to thaman as music composer for their film KICK in 2008. Thaman delivered decent music to kick film and become one of blockbuster hit in tollywood 2009 calender. With the success of KICK many other hero's also gave chances to thaman.
Then Raviteja habituated to give chances to his films thaman as music director after Kick success. Later thaman gave back to back music hits to raviteja with Anajaneyulu, Mirapakay, Veera, nippu, balupu and now Power to be release. Out of these films most of got success as per music, irrespective of film result.
Repo between Raviteja and Thaman is too high at present. As per filmy circles talk, thaman is 'Asthana sangeetha darshakudu' to Raviteja. When ravi finalizes the film, he prefer thaman as music director rather than others. As pet buzz, In Raviteja next film kick-2 also thaman would be music director. We hope that, ravi and thaman will continue same repo in future also.
