Telangana formation can be objected by court??

It is the 10th day of agitations in Andhra region.No end for bunds in Seemandhra region from past 10 days.From 12th of this month the agitations in Andhra are going to reach peak position.Even the CM Kiran Kumar Reddy is not able to tackle the situation in seemandhra.Sources say that there is no other choice for high command except going for President's rule.If this happens,President can't send a cabinent note to AP assembly regarding the resolution.But with out Assembly resolution no state can be formed.Even if the congress high command tries to pass this with out assembly resolution then Seemandhra leaders can achieve court.Then court surely gives support for Seemandhra.It wont allow for a new state formation.
