The CBI Special Court in Hyderabad-which is trying Jagan illegal assets case-has passed orders directing the government to identify the accused in the case, Nimmagadda Prasad and Brahmananda Reddy as special category prisoners. It may be recalled that Nimmagadda Prasad earlier filed petition before the CBI court seeking that he be identified as a special category prisoner.
Meanwhile, the Central Bureau of Investigation sleuths have took Nimmagadda Prasad and Brahmananda Reddy into the custody on fourth day today. The duo were shifted to Dilkush Guest House from Chanchalguda jail.
