Election campaign was started for Bi-elections. Expecting that only two constituencies (Ongole and Tirupathi ) are going to spend 100 crores. If that is going to be the situation , using that money they can produce a hollywood movie or they can be use for many social-welfare activities . But this money is going to be used for distributing liquor , gifts to 2nd grade politicians and bribe to voters .
If this is going to be the situation , In future only business mans may contest in the elections .
