10 years forced political abstinence for tardy politicians

TDP chief, Mr. N Chandrababu Naidu proposed that those MLA’s who resign from their positions before their allotted tenure are to be banned from contesting for the next 10 years. This radical proposition came as a result of the various MLA’s and MP’s jumping from one party to the other over the past few years in favour of money, which has resulted in the upcoming by-elections. KCR in Telangana and Y S Jagan here have made it a daily routine for MP’s and MLA’s to jump from one party to the other before their respective tenures are up said Chandrababu Naidu. According to him this game of hopscotch is leading nowhere and there is a possibility that the thought of serving the community and the people of India may become extinct soon. During this speech at the road show in Guntur, he also pointed out that voting for either the Congress or the YSR congress may be disastrous for the future of the state and so requested the audience to vote for TDP.
