Case filed against Y S Jagan by a Sikkim citizen

Minster Anam Ram narayanareddy fired on Jagan ,In his statement he mentioned that "A citizen of Sikkim filed a case against both Jagan and the Sikkim State Government. The Sikkim State Government, allegedly invested in power projects in liaison with Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy. An enquiry was initiated by The Sikkim High court with regard to this and it has been found that the said investment has resulted in a 10,000 crore rupees loss for the Sikkim Government".
