YSR congress party president and
Kadapa MP Jagan Mohan Reddy will have to remain under CBI custody till 4th of
july. CBI court extended his judicial custody till 4th july.Jagan appeared
infront of court through video conference,even though he filed a petition in
court asking to appear in person for which the court didnt agree.
Meanwhile,the accused barring one
IAS officer named in the chargesheet appeared in the court and the court
postponed the hearing to june 28th as
Srikakulam district collector Venkatrami Reddy could not appear.The
court also postponed hearing on the bail
petitions of industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad, former minister Mopidevi
Venkataramana and bureaucrat Brahmananda Reddy, who are also lodged in the
Chanchalguda jail.
