We know that in recent
by-elections Konda Surekha has lost with minor difference of 1500 votes to her
opponent TRS. YSRCP has won in 15 places out of 18 in which they participated.
Konda Surekha was given a choice to become an M.L.C by Vijayamma which is of
equal power when compared with M.L.A
