The message content is that “He has proofs to prove Rayapti has relationship with Tara chowdary If he can meet him he is ready to give it back “ .Mr .rayapati received the same message multiple number of times .He got pissed off and complained to police .The police filed his complaint as criminal case and started their investigation .
