Y S Jagan remanded back to CBI custody

YSR Congress chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, who was arrested by the CBI in the disproportionate
assets case on May 27th, 2012, has been under investigation in CBI custody from 3rd June to 7th
June. In a petition filed by the CBI earlier in the High court, it has requested for an extension of the
custody period by an extra 2 days. In response to the petition, the court has issued an order for the
CBI to question Y S Jagan on 9th and 10th between 10:30 AM and 5 PM.
