Supreme court rejected petition on Chandrababu

Two lawyers from telangana filed a case against Chandrababu on Telangana separation issues. Before 2009 elections CBN was with Mahakutami and supported for separate telangana.Congress declared separate telangana on 2009 December 9th .Once it is declared hesitations started in Andhra ,by seeing this CBN has taken a view turn on his word said by the lawyers and filed a petition against him. Supreme court rejected the petition stating that court will not involve into political issues.
