Chandrababu Naidu shocks on Vijayamma's letter on BC declaration

Chandrababu Naidu says that he is shocked by seeing the letter from  Vijayamma. He says Vijayamma wrote the letter forgetting the past history. He addressing the media on Monday evening at Tirupathi says that she was afraid of BC declaration done by TDP and so has proposed this. If YSRCP has guts ,he demanded them to give a declaration of 150 seats and 15000crores budget for BC.
