Free mobile phone's to poor people:UPA new scheme

"Free mobile phones to poor people",UPA is coming up with new scheme .This could be officially announced on August 15th in the presence of PM.UPA-1 came with 60 crores debt owed scheme for farmers which was big success and now UPA - 2 coming with a new scheme to attract the people.Government is going to spend around 7-8crores per annum on this scheme .Using this phone people may get around 200mins free calls.There are around 6.52 crores people under below poverty line who may get benefit in this scheme said by planning comission deputy chairman.He also said that ,Government is discussing with telecom  provider on this scheme .
