Every one knows that Chandra Babu took these local body elections very seriously.He prepared district leaders for panchayat polls and gave them full freedom regarding the selection of candidates.He always kept them in touch through tele conference.However he proved "Hard work never fails".But Babu is disappointed with the results in East Godavari district.In East Godavari (EG) TDP is slight a head than YSRCP.We can clearly observe the dominance of TDP over YSRCP and Congress from Prakasam district to West Godavari district.This is due to the negligence of EG local leaders.Sources say that there are no TDP nominees in 90 panchayats.This helped Congress and YSRCP in East Godavari district.So on this issue Chandra Babu lashed on leaders of East Godavari district.Any how after a long time,
