Bharathi cement factory is owned by Y.S.Jagan.This factory is located in Chinna Lingayyapalem,Kamalapur Mandal of Kadapa district.YSRCP lost their vote bank in this village in recent Panchayat poll first phase elections.This is because of Bharathi Cement factory.Due to this factory,people of Lingayyapalem are facing lot of problem regarding pollution.Also due to heavy load transportation to factory made roads deteriorated.People has complained about this to all YSRCP leaders but they did not respond to their request.So,people shown their grudge on YSRCP in these Panchayat elections.
