Botsa as first CM of Andhra State?

High command of Congress again called Cheif Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy,PCC cheif Botsa Satya Narayana and Deputy Cheif Minister Damodar RajaNarasimha to be in National capital on today.These three people are invited to attend UPA meeting which will be held at 3:00 pm in the after noon at Manmohan Singh residence.Botsa Satyanarayana is already in Delhi.If Kiran quit the party in case of bifurcation,Botsa is ready to occupy Kiran's CM's post.Botsa likely to be a CM of Andhra state.If it happens he would be first CM of Andhra after state bifurcation.
