Sources and National media says that Kiran has already submitted his resignation letter to Sonia Gandhi.After the core committe meeting on Friday,CM kiran met Sonia Gandhi at her residence and submitted his resignation and told her to approve his resignation if the state is bifurcated.Kiran was expected to resign before few hours of state bifurcation.
