Kiran resigns for CM post?

There is no doubt about separation of state.Bifurcation of state is inevitable.Congress high command has decided to give RayalaTelangana state.Two districts of Rayalaseema i.e.., Anantapur and Kurnool will be included in the Telangana which forms a new state.State Minor Irrigation Minister TG.Venkatesh reported that CM is going to resign, if a new state forms.Cm also told this clearly to high command especially for Sonia Gandhi.
