As we
know there is a proposal to merge 22 surrounding villages in Greater Hyderabad
Municipal Corporation.But it may be delayed further because of Panchayat
Elections.High court directed concerned authorities to conduct elections even
for those 22 Grampanchayat’s that are around Hyderabad.If once the elections
are held and persons are are elected it would become a herculean task for
government to merge those villages in Greater Hyderabad.After the
elections,Government has to take decision based on the opinions of village
sarpanch.
