Rahul Gandhi is not in the PM Race: Digvijay

Senior party leader Digvijay says, Congress will not declare Rahul Gandhi as its prime minister candidate. And also he didn’t say that whether Manmoham Singh will continue as a prime minister or not…Digvijay says that the congerss party does not have presidential form of government, Congress never declares prime minister or chief minister before the elections.
