Hyderabad will never be a Union Territory by any Government

Every one is thinking about Hyderabad when comes for a discussion on Telangana issue.Some wants it to be a joint capital permanently for Telangana and seemandhra region, and some want it to be a Union Territory.But the govenment is likely to make it as a joint capital for 10 years for both the regions in AP.Not only the congress government but also no government will be willing to make Hyderabad as a Union Territory.About 60k crore income is coming from Andhra Pradesh to the government.Out of that 60k crore, 40k crore is coming from Hyderabad.If Hyderabad done as a Union Territory then taxes will be lifted and other surcharges waived.With this about 20k crore deficit will occur per year.So that no government wish to make Hyderabad as a Union Territory.
