President rule in AP from August 20th??

Now Andhra Pradesh is going under the control of president.It is heard that there are massive preparations in Andra Pradesh Secretariat regarding the offing of President rule.According to sources after passing the bill of Telangana, most probably from 20th August AP is going in to the hands of President rule.Sources say high command is sure about that CM Kiran will surely fail to control the situation and he will resign.They have to be ready to face that moment and start President's rule.So from now itself the law and order situation in AP is getting controlled by center on daily basis.It is heard that the third quarter funds are also not released by Financial secretary.He is directed to get the approvement of third quarter funds from Raj Bhavan or Union Finance Minister.
