Rahul gives Telangana after 2014 elections

Now there will be some delay on Telangana issue.The bill of Telangana is not submitted in this parliamentary session.It is going to be planned to submit in next mansoon session.May be even in next session the bill won't to passed due to some obstacles.But any how UPA government will stand on their decision.They are planning to raise a new slogan 'Vote to Rahul,To get Telangana'.They are planning to catch this opportunity in AP and want to make Rahul Gandhi as PM of India.
