Secret Plan behind Joint Capital

In the past,TRS has announced that it will merge their party in Congress if Congress declare the formation of Telangana state.But now TRS is with a condition.TRS is going to merge the party only when the Telangana bill get passed in the parliment.Congress leaders of Seemandhra saying the high command that they will pull back Congress from brink in Andhra,if they provide more rights on Hyderabad to Seemandhra people.According to law this joint capital is nor be under control of Andhra or for Telangana.It will be under the control of Central Government.KCR is fearing about it.Since this now leads to indirect central rule and slightly it may go for total control under centre.
