Telangana process started

Chidambaram informed in Rajyasabha that the process of Telangana has begun.He states that there are clear guidelines in constitution regarding the separate state formation.Problems which were raised will be  examined by the government.A comprehensive policy document would be placed before Union cabinet.In that document some issues like water resorces, Power supply and some other issues will be discussed.A debate will be conducted on all these issues in the cabinet.
