What about Jagan's VIP Prisoner status with his resignation?

Jagan has resigned for his MP post before three days.He has quoted the reason for resignation is "Divide and rule" policy of Congress.But every one knows the open secret behind his resignation is stand on Samaikhyandhra in support of Seemandhra.But this raises a new question.Now Jagan is a VIP prisoner because he is an MP.If his resignation is accepted then what about his position in prison? Will he treated as a normal prisoner?Ofcourse he is an son of YSR and a party president.So there are chances to treat him as a VIP prisoner even the resignation get accepted. He can be even treated as a common prisoner because anything can happen since it is congress regime.
