Test on Jagan : CBI petition hearing on july 4th

A Pullaiah ,chief judge of CBI special court posted the CBI's petition asking permission to conduct narco test on YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and Vijaya Sai Reddy to july 4th

Pullaiah who has taken charges recently listened to both parties arguments where CBI asked time for presenting their arguments. There was a objection from  Jagan Mohan Reddy's counsel Ashok Reddy that CBI had already taken time twice on this issue. But the judge considering CBI's arguments posted the case for hearing to july 4th .
